Paul Coppock, Founding Partner – Corporate Sales Development and Analysis
Paul was the first Sales and Business Development Executive at Net Perceptions, Inc. (NETP) – the pioneer of Ad targeting, 1-1 marketing. NETP was the sales optimization engine that powered the leading e-Commerce companies including AMAZON; Ad Targeting in the market leading Ad delivery platforms like NetGravity and Accipiter; market leading Content Management Solutions including Vignette and e-Commerce Engines including Broadvision.

Paul joined NETP at startup stage and built the East Coast sales office, closed their first critical North American and European Sales, rebuilt the West Coast sales team, spearheaded the successful strategic alliances w/ Fortune 500 clients like Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, and etc. Net Perceptions 'fast ramp' up and market dominance led to it's successful IPO as the leader of sales optimization for e-Business. Today, Paul is a serial entrepreneur with diverse experience in online travel, collaborative commerce, Real Time collaboration, affiliate marketing and Social Networking. Paul is an adviser to several early stage companies in Silicon Valley. Paul started his career as an engineer where he earned his Engineering Degree from University of South West England.

Skip Sanzeri, Founding Partner – Marketing, Finance and Legal
Skip is a C-Level Executive with Strategic Marketing, Sales and Business Development Skills having held CEO, CMO, CSO, COO and SVP Roles. Skip is a startup marketing expert having spent over 15 years driving customers and business for a variety of organizations. Skip has developed marketing for companies like Ziff-Davis and Lycos in addition to a variety of startups and smaller companies.

Skip was VP of Marketing at Quote.com (purchased by Lycos), where he drove the annual revenue to near $20M selling to clients like E*Trade, Fidelity, TD Waterhouse, Bank of America, Chase Manhattan, Coca-Cola, etc. Prior to LYCOS, Skip was a sales executive for Ziff-Davis, then a leading publisher of US Magazines. He directed sales and marketing teams driving $250M annual for Fortune 500 clients and institutions by moving the publishing assets through the technology lifecycle eventually web-enabling the content.

John Pham – Operations Manager
John is a web designer with over 9 years experience. Prior to joining The Dot Com Store, John successfully started and grew his own consultancy and was a co-founder of Codera Corp. a San Diego based software development company specializing in the restaurant industry. John’s responsibilities include site conceptualization & design concepts, managing our in-house designers, implementation, and support after a site is successfully launched.

Shawn Ames – Business Development

Shawn has 10 years of online marketing experience.  Worked at JetBlue Airways, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Modem Media, and Grey Interactive in New York City. Founded first social networking site for franchising, Franchise Circle.com as well as revolutionary new Franchisar technology , combining lead generation, eLearning, and Webinars.  Written about in a book by Anne Ford, great granddaughter of Henry Ford, in her book, Next Steps along with Charles Schwab, David Neeleman, and Richard Branson. Chief Squash Evangelist of San Diego Squash Club. Like to play golf, marathon running, and like tennis.
